I am horrible!

UGH I feel like such a terrible, horrible blogger friend!

Ok, so back in August a new blogger, Amy, posted on my blog stating how she was a new blogger herself! I knew how difficult it was to get things rolling and to get your name out there...so I told her that I would post about her on my blog!

WELLLLL, unfortunately that is when I started to go M.I.A. and fell off the face of the earth for a couple months.... annnnd forgot to follow through...I am Horrible!!

Amy...I am SOOOO sorry! I am a terrible fellow blogger!

BUT... it turns out she didn't need my help at all! :) She started out with only 3 followers in August and NOW she is up to 261!! She has more followers than me! :) haha that's what I get.. right?

No, she totally deserves them... her blog is full of amazing ideas and cute activities to share!
She even has a "mascot"- her absolutely ADORable boxer, Sawyer!

Here is Amy at What Happens in First Grade!

Here is a little blurb about herself..

"I am a first grade teacher in VA.  I started my blog because I LOVE the generosity and collaboration happening on the internet.  I haven't bought a thing from a big "teacher store" in years because so many talented people share and sell their things!  (I also started it because I can't sleep when my firefighter fiance works 24 hours shifts!! haha)"

SO.. head on over to check out Amy at What Happens in First Grade and she also has a fun Winter Break Freebie!! :)

Once again... to Amy.. I am very sorry.. please forgive me :( (as I shake my head in shame) but I am finally getting back into posting and am glad that I was finally able to share you with my followers! :)

  2. We love your Word Cards Board Carly! We usually use Words I Use When I Write Books and each student has their own. But we really like the idea of having a whole class board to share☺ Thanks for sharing the great idea!

    Happy 2013!

  4. Victoria and Tricia-
So Glad y'all like the word card board! I also had tried an individual mini word wall in my students' writing folders for their individual words... It really just depended on my students... never know which way they will take to more! :) Thanks for stopping in!
